Information

1. Is there a dress code?

• Worship Services
   
  • Girls:  Dresses, jeans, slacks, appropriate top
    (NO SHORTS, BELLY SHIRTS OR SPAGHETTI STRAPS)
     
  • Boys:  Long pants and shirt
    (NO SHORTS OR TANK TOPS)
    No hats at meals or chapel services
     
• Sports Events and Afternoons
   
  • Shorts, jeans, capris, appropriate top.  Modest apparel is stressed.

2. Will we have free time?

• Yes.  You will be handed a schedule when you arrive and it will include free time.

3. Do we need to bring anything besides clothing and personal items?
   (I.E. shampoo, toothpaste, etc.)

• Yes.  Bring your Bible, a hearty appetite, and lots of people like to bring a camera.  We also recommend bringing a friend!

4. Do we need to bring extra money for anything?

• It is not necessary to bring extra money, but there are concessions and other items that may be purchased while at camp.

5. How would my folks get in touch with me while at camp?

• They would call the camp phone number, and a message will be brought to you.  Speed will depend on the urgency of the message.

6. Where is the camp located?

• It is located 45 miles northeast of Springfield, Mo.  Take I 44 east to Conway exit, right on "J" highway 11 miles to Beth-Eden sign.  See directions map on webpage.

7. Do you have medical personnel at the camp?

• Yes.  We have a nurse on hand, as well as a fully equipped medical building and ambulance.

8. What is the fee for the camp?

• The fee is $125.00.  This covers air conditioned rooms, all meals, Special Speakers, a camp T-Shirt, and an "especially designed for you" camp experience.

9. Are all the buildings air conditioned?

• Yes.  You will find it very pleasant at Camp Beth-Eden.

10. ***Facility Upgrades***
     
    • New flooring in canteen area, fireplace room and serving line area
       
    • New padded chairs for auditorium and chapel
       
    • Complete interior remodeling of all 13 rooms in the men's section and 5 rooms in the women's section
       
    • New camp office
       
    • Men's dorm has new siding and newly painted interior and exterior
       
    • All new women's bath house contains 16 ceramic tiled showers, with an enclosed dressing area.  All new lavatories, toilets and 150 gallon hot water heater, 36 lineal feet of vanity bars and mirrors...all conected to the recently built women's dormitory.
       
    • A new entrance has been constructed on the chapel building, and a new 5 ton  air conditioning unit is being installed.
       
    • New 3 rail fencing installed adding to the beauty of Beth-Eden Campgrounds.
       
11. If you would say one thing about your camp to me, what would you say?

• Our greatest desire is to see souls saved, lives changed, and dedicated to serving our Lord and Saviour!

  We charge a minimal fee which helps with maintenance and constant improvement to our camp facilities and all other camp related expenses.

  Camp Beth-Eden continues to be a FAITH BASED ministry.

  We love to see a Camp full of smiles, and we hope your smile is among them.
